RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Discuss the risks of everyday life with customers and offer only needs based solutions.
- Help customers live more confident lives.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Have fun.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 440 or 220 license is required.
- Life and Health license is preferred. Must be able to obtain.
- Interest in marketing products and services based only on customer needs.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to excellent customer service.
- Able to effectively relate to a wide variety of customers.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
